How do I get to the IG Arena?

Just outside Meijo-Koen Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijo Line, 10-minute walk from Nagoya Castle Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijo Line, approx.18-minute walk from Joshin Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Tsurumai Line

Pleasenote that Meijo Koen Station and the area around the arena are currently under construction, and traffic is restricted.

Is there parking or bicycle parking available at the arena?

Parking: Not available. Please come by public transportation. Parking lots for the handicapped may vary depending on the performance.
Please do not park on the roads around the arena or at nearby stores.

Bicycle parking: Varies by event. Please contact the event organizer.

Is there a dedicated cab drop-off point?

There is no permanent cab stand.
Please contact the event organizer if you have a disability certificate and cannot come by public transportation.

In some cases, due to a typing error in the address or the spam filtering function of your e-mail service, the e-mail may not be delivered, or it may have been automatically sorted into your spam folder. Please make sure that you are set up to receive e-mails from the @ig-arena.jp/ @ig-arena.venue-ticket.jp domain.

【Purchasing】What payment methods are available?

【Ticket Service】
d Payment, credit card*, Seven-Eleven payment, and PayPay are available.
*Credit cards accepted: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club. Installment and revolving payments are not available.

【Receiving】How can I receive my ticket?

Tickets can only be picked up via electronic ticket.
Please download IG Arena App and log in with your app account to view your electronic tickets.The IG Arena app is scheduled to be available for download after July 2025.

【Receiving】I cannot receive the distributed tickets from the URL for receiving tickets.

The URL for receiving may be invalid due to actions taken by the original ticket owner. Please check with the original ticket holder.
If you cannot receive the ticket due to an access error or other reasons, the following may be the cause.
・The URL has expired.
・You already have a ticket for the same event.
Please be aware that there may be cases where receipt cannot be obtained.

【Admission】Can I reenter?

Depending on the event. For details, please select a performance from the event schedule and check the event details page.

【Admission】Can I enter with a screenshot of the ticket QR code?

Screenshots will not be accepted for admission.
Please be sure to login with your app account and display the QR code for the degital ticket.

【event's cancellation】If event is cancelled, how will I be refunded?

Refunds will only be issued if the performance is canceled, postponed, or the content is changed, and the organizer decides to issue refunds.
The response will vary depending on the payment method. Further details will be provided in due course.

【event's cancellation】Can I use my ticket for a cancelled event for a replacement event?

【Distribution】How do I distribute tickets to my companions?

If distribution is not possible, companion can enter with the person who purchased the ticket.

You can list your tickets for resale through IG Arena's official resale service.

【Resale】How do I display the distributed tickets for resale?

Tickets received for distribution can only be resold by the original ticket holder. Tickets received for distribution can be returned to the original ticket holder.

Some functions can be used without registration, but you will need to register for an account to purchase tickets.

About the Facility
Is there anything I cannot bring into the arena?

The following is set forth below.

【Food and beverages】
1. In principle, no food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the facility. Please purchase them at the museum.
2. To prevent heat stroke, only plastic bottles and water bottles are allowed. However, no alcohol is allowed, even in PET bottles or water bottles.
3. Areas where food and beverages may not be brought in may occur in accordance with the event.
4. Baby food, milk, and allergy meals may be brought in.

【Bottles and cans】
In principle, no bottles or cans are allowed in the facility.

【Pet】
In principle, pets are not allowed in this facility. Pets in gauges or other containers are also not allowed.
Guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs, etc. are allowed.

【Hazardous materials】
1. Hazardous materials and items that may harm other guests are not allowed in the facility.
(i) Firearms and other swords
(ii) Explosives
(iii) Poisonous and Deleterious Substances
(iv) Fireworks (toy fireworks, crackers, flares, etc.)
(v) Petroleum and other flammable substances (gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, etc.)
(vi) Objects that may cause harm to others (e.g., unauthorized flagpoles)
2. If you see any hazardous materials in the facility, please immediately contact the nearest security guard.
3. The facility does not accept hazardous materials.

Is there anything prohibited in the arena?

・Any of the following acts using a camera or video camera that may be disruptive to the event or other visitors
(e.g.)
・Photographing with flash
・Photography and use of equipment contrary to the rules of the event
・Photographing in areas that may disturb other customers, such as aisles, etc.
・Unauthorized filming for commercial purposes

・Wearing clothes similar to those of staff members or security guards, or other clothes that are offensive to public order and morals, as well as full-face helmets or other clothing that obscures the face.
・Carry in small unmanned aircraft (drones, etc.), as well as unauthorized flights and filming in the airspace above the premises of this facility.
・Use of radio equipment on arena grounds
・Any other activities that may be disruptive to the arena or other visitors

Are there any food and beverage outlets?

Food and beverage outlets are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors of the museum.
Opening hours and availability vary depending on the event.

Can I eat and drink in the auditorium?

Eating and drinking are allowed in the auditorium.
However, this may vary depending on the judgment of the event organizer, so please contact the event organizer.

Can I pay in cash at food and beverage outlets?

The facility is completely cashless.
At food and beverage outlets in the arena, payment can be made with various credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payment methods.

Is there a smoking area?

There is no permanent smoking area.
Please contact the event organizer for details.

Is there a nursing space available?

There are two locations on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th floor in the main arena and one on the 1st floor in the sub-arena.

Are childcare facilities available?

No childcare facilities are available.

Are coin lockers available?

Outside: Plans are in place, but not at this time.
On-site: Plans are in place, but not at this time.
Please use coin lockers at nearby facilities.

Are wheelchair seats available?

Locations vary by event, so please contact the event organizer.

About the Account
Is there an age restriction for use?

If you are using phone number outside of Japan, please note the following age restrictions for personal information protection reason.
・16 years old and over : No restrictions
・13 to 15 years old : Fill in the name of a parent or guardian and their relationship and consent.
・12 years old or under : Not available

How can I change my registration information?

You can make changes by following the steps below.
【If you are using a web browser】
1. Go to the "My Account" page from the Ticket Service.
2. Click on "MyAccount" > "Update account information" to make changes.

Can I login to one account at the same time?

A single account can be used to login to multiple devices.

How do I logout of my account?

Below are the logout instructions.
If you are using a PC, tablet device, or smartphone with multiple users or multiple accounts, please delete your login history and cookies on your browser completely.

【Web browser】
1. Go to the account screen from the Ticket Service.
2. Tap "My Account" > "Logout" at the bottom of the screen
3. Logout from "d ACCOUNT Logout Screen" > "Click here to return to the service after canceling the above d ACCOUNT single sign-on function as well.

How do I delete my account?

Below is how to delete account.

1.Go to your account screen from the Ticket Service.
2.Go to "My Account" and tap "Delete account" to proceed.

What are the effects of deleting an account?

Please read the following precautions when deleting your account.
・Once you delite your account, your account information cannot be restored in any way.
・Account information will be deleted a few days after the deleting request is received.
Customers with valid tickets or unclaimed merchandise will not be able to delete account.

About d ACCOUNT/ d POINTs

I have registered a new d ACCOUNT. What can I do besides creating an app account?

After creating a d ACCOUNT, you can earn and use d POINT when you purchase food and beverages at IG Arena using mobile ordering and self checkout. In addition, d POINT can also be used at stores in town, so please use the d POINT club application and d Payment application provided by NTT DOCOMO, Inc.
Please contact NTT DOCOMO, Inc. if you have any questions about the d POINT Club application or d Payment application.

When I tried to login with my d ACCOUNT, I got an error dialog saying "Please create a new d ACCOUNT".

Due to security enhancement, you cannot login to the app with the account you are using for this service.
Please create a new d ACCOUNT from IG Arena app login screen with a cell phone number that can receive SMS and an e-mail address that has not yet been used to create a d ACCOUNT.
